Korte Chakra Meditatie met Klankschalen / Singing bowls chakra balancing

08:30
Gayatri Mantra ( Om Bhur Bhuvah Svaha ): Mantra music by John Kremer

10:57
The Gayatri Mantra is a traditional Hindustani mantra in the old language Sanskrit. The text is: " OM BHUR BHUVA SVAHA. OM TAT SAVITUR VARENYAM. BHARGO DEVASYA DHIMAHI. DHIYO YO NAHA PRACHODAYAT. " The mantra is meant to bring light into the darkness. It has the power of the sun. Also this mantra has a good effect on the fysical and emotional part of us and stands for peace and wisdom. The music and arrangments in this video is composed, produced, performed and recorded by John Kremer in the year 2011. All rights reserved John Kremer 02-09-2011. Film and foto material recorded by John Kremer in the summer of 2015. Copyright 2015 John Kremer. The song is originally released on John´s "Key to Aquarius Project" Album from 2011. The wind in the intro of the video is a symbol of blowing away negativity and cleaning the aura and atmosphere of Mother Earth. The deer stands for a connection to the higher conciousness. The antlers reach towards the sun. The deer is also a symbol of uncondiotinal love. The spider weaves the patterns of life and is a symbol of what we create for ourselves and the world. The cat is a magical creature that can see in the dark. Symbol for finding the way out of the darkness into the light. The snail is a symbol of Buddhism, because lots of snails got upon the Buddha´s head during long meditation which brought him higher conciousness and enlightenment. The ducks are the ones who have the possibility to transform into swans (gracefulness). Are we the swans? Will we transform? It´s up to us. Ganesh Sitar Lyra Improvisation by John Kremer ( morning mood )

04:13
The Ganesh Sitar Lyra is a wonderful instrument for meditation, made by the Dutch instrumentbuilder Micha Stemerding. One can play this instrument in a very intuitive way, because the 23 strings are tuned in a raga. This way it´s not possible to play any false notes. 18 strings are tuned in a raga en 5 strings are tuned like a tanpura. The sound of this lyra off course is simular to the Indian sitar sound. In this video John Kremer plays an improvisation in a morning mood raga on the Sitar Lyra. Relax and enjoy. Namasté. Unusual musical instruments : 5 plantpots and 1 singing bowl by John Kremer

04:58
It happened on the 8th of July 2014 when I went into a secondhand-shop in Roermond. Something told me to go check out the plantpots and try what they sound like. I think I was inspired by the udu-drum that I bought this year, which is a percussion-instrument made of clay. After doing so I found five wonderful pots which create beautiful overtones when you play them like percussion-instruments. Plantpots as drums :-) Did you ever hear of this before? Maybe it's something new or maybe someone did it already before. I don't know. I will call them: overtonepots. Off course because of the overtones they create when playing them. Watch the video for a demonstration / improvisation of them. Hope you'll enjoy it. Namaste. Produced and Copyright 2014 John Kremer. All rights reserved.
