Ingredients: shrimp 200g onion slice 1/2 cup onion paste 3 tbs garlic paste half tsp kore Red/Green chilli 5/6 Cardamom cinnamon Bay leaves 2 Turmeric powder 1 Tsp spice powder 1 Tsp red chilli powder 1 Tsp oil 1 Tsp Coconut milk half cup salt (as taste) Sugar (as taste) water Process: Take oil in a pan. Add cardamom, bay leaf, cinnamon fry for a minute. Add the onions and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat, stirring occasionally. Add the ginger, turmeric, paprika, curry powder, chilli powder and garlic paste. Stir well, letting cook for 30 seconds. Add the coconut milk and shrimp to the pan and stir well. After 10 minutes add the fish. When fish gets fried well enough add the coriander. Add water(hot 1 cup) Cook for 25-30 minutes until it gets mixed and boiled. And it would be ready by this time. (Source Wikipedia) Ridiculously simple chicken soup Recipe: Ingredients: Onion slices 2 cups carrot slices 1 cup spice powder 1 tsp curry powder 1 tsp garlic slices 2 tsp ginger paste 1 tsp coriander leaves chicken breast 300-500 g potato slices 2 cups water salt (as taste) cooking process: Step one: Take water in a soup pot. Add chicken breast. Add spice powder, curry powder. Mix them properly. Put it on a medium-high heat. Cook them for half an hour or so. Step two: Take a frying pan. Add oil. put the onion slices, garlic slices, ginger paste and carrot slices together. Fry them for 15-20 minutes. Combined step: Add the fried portion to the soup pot. Add some hot water.
