Paracord Fusion Ties - Volume 1: http://www.amazon.com/Paracord-Fusion-Ties-Volume-Bundles/dp/098555780X The Thin (Thin Line) Solomon Bar is a relatively simple way of generating the look of the "King Cobra" (i.e. Double Solomon Bar) Thin Line Bracelet with a leaner, more streamlined band. Branching off the "Support Bracelet" technique shown a few weeks back, this tying technique was just too cool not to point out. Hope you enjoy. Video production by J.D. How To Cut (A-Line Bob Haircut) for Little Girls Hairstyles ---For this haircut, the mom was looking for a way to make her daughter's hair look thicker as well as take off the stringy ends that she felt always made the hair look unkept. She wanted the hair short, so RaDona cut it into an A-line bob. By cutting the hair shorter, it removes the baby hair ends that cause the hair to look thin and stringy. The short hair can also be stacked to provide the appearance of thicker hair. RaDona's videos are specifically for those that are wanting to learn how to cut hair, learn new skills as a hair stylist and to be able to show your own hair stylist, the hairstyle and cut you would like.

Marilyn Hellman describes the different face shapes - heart, oval, round, square and gives tips on how to choose the type and shape of earrings to wear to flatter each of the common face shapes and jaw lines. One of the things I really wanted to do for a really, really long time is do a video on earrings. Now, the first thing you do is find the widest place on your face, so we did a chart and it's not terribly complicated. This is going to help you with the proportions and the length of earrings that you can wear. When we talk about balance and proportion, it's also important to understand your jawline. There are three types of jawline; there's a square jaw line which a lot of times you see in a square face or there's a rounded jawline and all of this is going to affect the shape and the length of the earring you can wear and also there's a more pointed. So, I want you to consider that when you start to see some of the earrings that we're going to show you on these faces. In this particular case, the widest area is at the forehead and this is a narrower chin line. The area I look at when I'm looking at where I'm going to put the balance of the earring is right in this area, where I'm looking to put some kind of detail, so the bulk of the weight to my earring I want to do here in this particular face style, not up here. That's not necessarily a bad thing because one of the things I was taught by a jeweler in Italy was, is the closer your jewelry goes to your eyes – the more you emphasize your eyes, the longer your jewelry goes down, the more it's going to emphasize your face. This is a sexier look; this is a more romantic look, so that's something to consider. Alright, let's start out; let's do some particular jewelry lines. In a situation like this if you can see, I put a necklace on earrings like this one, it's filling the area that I'm talking about, and this is very flattering. In fact, it doesn't really show it here but when this does on a tilt, this is very sexy. I also like earrings that have movement. This one is filling in and down in this area here which gives us the most attractive look, it's also filling a lot of color to the face, it helps with your skin tones. Your hair color is going to make a little difference. Now, your neck will be affected. If you have a shorter neck, you don't want to get too much under here in this particular type of earring. If you expose your neck, and have your neck line and see a lot of skin in here, you can wear these a little lower because it's going to settle a little bit on your neckline. You wouldn't want to do this if you have a collar because it's going to be in the way all the time. There is a trend more to clip these days. Some of these bigger earrings are a little weightier, so you need to do a clip and also, a pierced earring can never be positioned exactly on the ear, it's only going to be wherever your hole is. The clip on this allows you to put it in detail to your face. There are earrings that have right and left, and the ideal way is to have your flowing always into your face. So, this is a lot of tips on how you want to wear it for this particular style and this is an easy one to show. - Okay, the widest part in a round shape is across the cheek line and this shape is a little more demanding. If you have what is considered a shorter or a longer neckline, your hair becomes extremely important. - Another area here that's always good is if you're going to wear round earrings or that it's always lucky if you have short haircuts and you can bring the weight where they're going to widen you out, up here which will help you a lot to wear more types of earrings too. - If you really want a drop and if you have a long neck and a round face, I definitely would be wearing the longest earring you can possibly get because it's really going to help you. Look at the difference between this and if you drop this earring down here, again I'm going to emphasize clip, where you can position the earring exactly where you want to. - This can be a very, very pretty – and I just might point it out to you, this is definitely a very romantic - For square faces, the widest part of you is at the bottom or around your chin line and usually this is accompanied by more of a rounded or squared chin line. - What we want to do here is opposite of what we've done with the other two faces, we want to bring the weight away from the widest part of your face and bring it up here more towards your eyes and closer to the ear. - We were using the weight to drop down in this area and as you can see with this particular type of jawline, it's really important to understand that you want to keep the weight away from the widest part of your face and it really shows here. These are just some of the ideas. If you have any questions, or you're interested in looking at more jewelry give us a call at 239–206-4460.

Universal Eight The Walking Hands In Lesson Three, you will learn to combine the four strokes from the first two lessons in a universal rhythmic pattern of eight beats. Leading first with the dominant hand, we then give the leading creative role to the non-dominant hand. As we strive to equalize both hands, we gain access to a whole new world of drumming, as well as balance for our daily lives. The Thinline Frame Drum distinguishes Remo's robust synthetic materials with its featherlight weight and short frame height, available in five diameters up to 16 inches (40.64 cm). Portable, elegant and affordable, there is a Thinline for every hand size, while its bright sound energizes a wide range of music styles. The Partner Hand Symmetrical Frame Drum Method is a far-reaching approach to Middle Eastern hand drumming, rooted in tradition and the instinctive, neutral pulse of walking. With the shallow depth of Rowan's ergonomic frame drum designs, both hands become balanced partners in creative expression, promoting competency with traditional asymmetrical drumming styles while balancing both brain hemispheres. http://www.remo.com/portal/artists/5484/Rowan_Storm.html http://www.rowanstorm.com for more information, lessons, Rowan's calendar and to order Thinline Frame Drums and Rowan's other frame drum designs: Signature Rowan Storm Dayereh by Cooperman and Dayereh by Remo

Written by Levi Siccard The original Thinline was in production for barely three years - and its successor is what we see here. It really was a point of change for Fender with the three-bolt micro-tilt neck (designed and patented by Leo Fender after he'd sold his company to CBS, but was retained as a consultant) and bullet truss rod adjustor that became symbols of the 'bad days' of the CBS guitars. In reality, done right, these features work in the favour of the musician. The three 'bolts' - actually two machine screws, as normally used by Fender, and one actual bolt that threads into a circular metal plate mounted on the base of the neck that also serves as a hard surface for the micro-tilt screw to bare onto - hold the neck securely. The micro-tilt feature means that slight neck pitch adjustments can be easily made without removing and shimming the neck as the four screw method requires. Secondly, a slight truss rod tweak is easily achieved without slipping the neck up out of its pocket to access the old-style adjuster at the base of the neck. Aside from those changes the neck pretty much mirrors that of its '69 Thinline sibling. Likewise the body - although here only the bass-side is hollowed - which is natural- finished ash and you can clearly see the construction. Both back and top are three-piece spreads but the grain of the back really doesn't match the thicker top. The jointing is excellent, butat this price it seems a little untidy. The major change to this Thinline came with its new Fender humbuckers - designed, of course, by the inventor of the Gibson humbucker, Seth Lover - still married to a single volume and tone, albeit here they're 250k ohm with a 0.022 microfarad capacitor. "The '72 humbuckers that are offered on the Classic Series '72 Telecaster Thinline and Custom (see Rivals) are not to the original spec," explains Neil Whitcher. "We wanted these vintage re-issue pickups to be voiced like the original Seth Lover-designed Wide Range models. "The original polepieces are unable to be manufactured any longer as the material [Cunife] is unavailable, but these pickups were voiced and tested in a studio environment and, we think, sound fantastic, just like the originals." An even bigger scratchplate is necessary to mount both pickups on, and a non-vibratio Strat-style six-saddle bridge replaces the classic Tele assembly. Sounds One reason why the Telecaster has survived all these years is that it has graced pretty much every genre from country, jazz and blues through to modern mainstream rock and metal. It's not always an easy ride: some swear by the bridge pickup (and swear at the neck pickup), others find an endless soul and funk groove from that middle, hollowed mix. There are even a few of us that actually like the neck single-coil for its smooth, jazz-edged voice. Plug in the '72 Thinline and, whoa, where's the high end gone? It's quite a dramatic difference, the spike of the '69 is replaced with a very rounded high-end, more mid-range thickness and smooth, almost too soft, bass - certainly on the neck pickup. But get used to it and anyone working in a bluesier/jazzier realm will appreciate this for its Kenny Burrell-like smooth attack. But the more we play it, it's the classic old-style tonality that impresses. The '72 Thinline is hugely versatile - plugged into a clean Fender amp, it's just such a good jazz sound. But switch over to a gained H&K Statesman with some front-end gain boost and it's way more contemporary rock with a decidedly fashionable retro flavour. This guitar was originally conceived at a time when Fender began to lose its way. However, 40 years on the guitar has been elevated into Fender's top drawer thanks to numerous often left-field players who wanted a piece of 'vintage' Fender but simply couldn't afford the high-value classics. Although this guitar has been available for some time in both Mexican- and Japanese-made guises, this American Vintage guitar improves on both those and the original with its lightweight build and lacquer finishes. Features such as the three-bolt neck joints and bullet truss rod adjusters (when done properly) make a lot of sense, too. The small frets and fingerboard radius won't endear it to all, but with street prices already around £1.5k this updated blast from the past remains a powerful draw. Verdict The best-yet production version of a now-classic Tele, with excellent vintage detail and sounds.

Americans making these for a bit of extra scratch are now being sideswiped by Made in China versions selling everywhere for a couple bucks. One thing is certain, all that I've seen without exception are poorly made. Ugly burned ends in the worst places mar the product. Dual color bracelets are made without a secure and aesthetically pleasing way of integrating the two cords. A new segment I'm trying out where in I show my morning make up routine for various days and chat about what I'm doing that day. Not really a tutorial, more of a random girly chat while we get ready together in the bathroom ;) Today's style features classic red lips with nice dark winged eyeliner. I used to wear this style a lot when we went to Rockabilly gigs, it was a really fun time. I love classic red lips and I'd like to start wearing them more! . ~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~ Vintage Style Red Lips and Black Liner - Morning Make Up Instructions Good morning! And welcome to another edition of Morning Make Up where I do my make up and we chat. Today's look is a little bit vintage. Starting with foundation first as usual. Next a generous coating of mascara. When James and I used to go to a lot of Rockabilly gigs I did my make up like this a lot. It was pretty much my go to look. Coat the whole lid all the way up to the brow with white shimmer shadow. It's quite simple to do as long as you have the hang of liquid liner and lip liner. A lot of people are scared of red lipstick but once you know how to handle it, it's not that scary. Take a shimmery dark brown shadow and draw on a wing. Continue the line around the eye so it forms a pointed "C" shape over the top of the eye. Just draw the line, don't fill it in. This line creates depth and the higher you put it, the deeper your eyes will look. Just make sure both sides match. Take a fluffing brush and lightly blend it all. Don't blend too much because you don't want to completely blur the line. I miss going to see Rockabilly bands, we used to dance all the time! Draw a thick line of liquid liner and wing it out. I find liquid liner easiest to use when it's got a felt tip. Rather than drawing it on you can just dot it in place until it forms a line. The line should start thin in the inner corner and get thicker at the outside. The felt tip is useful for making a perfect wing too because you can just press it in place to make the flick. Then just fill in any gaps. Easy done and much easier than trying to control a proper brush. Make sure to lean on something solid like a table so your hand isn't wobbly! If you need to, you can also pull the eyelid skin tight while you do this to keep it steady. Taadaa, easy! Add some feathery false lashes. My favorite part of going to rockabilly gigs was watching the older couples dance, so cute! Line your lips with a bright red lip liner. I always start in the middle top and bottom and work my way out to the edge. Rather than big lines, use small feathery strokes and go slowly. We used to go dancing almost every weekend. Rockabilly gigs are great for dancing because everyone is so friendly! A lot of the people who attended in our area had been listening to the music since they were kids too. Fill in the lips with liner. This is much easier than doing the edges. I think most of the bands we used to see are broken up now, so sad. The best top I have for lips is to smile while you apply liner. You can see the finished shape as you go and it's easier to draw with the lips pulled tight like this. Apply a thin coat of red lipstick. The lip liner base will make the lipstick last much longer. Add a tiny bit of blush. This is definitely a look you need to wear out dancing! I love shiny lips so I added a little lip gloss too. Matte red lips are very beautiful with this style though. All done. A look like this isn't completely without the matching hair. Link to the hair tutorial in the description! Definitely goes with it a little better than my bathrobe does. I hope this was a useful video.
