Rolling works best, good method. Roll the trousers also. Then put both in a packing cube. Folding creates creases.
saurabh gupta (15 days ago)
Thanks man , u saved my efforts and jacket too
Harshdeep Singh (17 days ago)
Are u mad
Carol Mazyck (26 days ago)
I tried method 3 for my husband’s suit when we travel out of town for a wedding. When we unpacked at the hotel the jacket was horrendous...wrinkled everywhere. I had my suspicions about the sleeves especially and I was right. A total disaster. I hope I can locate a steamer before the wedding or he won’t be attending.

Thank you so much 😭😭😭
Adam Jeffrey (2 months ago)
Would these methods also apply to folding a dress tailcoat? i.e. tie and tails not a long winter jacket!
Jazzy Bains (2 months ago)
Method 1 is very difficult my dear
Nuc Guy (2 months ago)
nice method 1, however the jacket is too wide to fit in carry on
JEEMBAY MUSIC (2 months ago)
I promise none of these will work don’t be idiots 😂
Lars Ulle (3 months ago)
If i knew this a month ago I could have avoided arriving at my sisters wedding looking like i fell into a garbage press..

Perfect timing seeing this as I've just bought a number of new sports jackets and am traveling with several of them for the first time this week. Thanks!

I would personally go for method 1. What method do you use Antonio? Thanks.
Wael E. (10 months ago)
Roll it..
Yogesh Yadav (11 months ago)
I like the first one .😀😀

Two works best for me. Flipping the lapel inside out may wrinkle it. You can get away with wrinkles pretty much anywhere else but the lapel. I have a question tho, if you're still reading comments on this video -- how long do you think it's safe to keep a jacket folded in a suitcase? I'll be mobile for a couple months and I'll have five suits with me. Thanks for your videos!
Mahak Garg (1 year ago)
In ist method can suit wilo be wrinkles free ??
Monique D. (1 year ago)
I'd go for method 1 and 3! Method 1 for using my suitcase. Method 3 for using my traveller rucksack (short journeys). Method 2 will have me worrying that something may spill on it, like toothpaste or lotions. But thank you for showing me how to fold my suit jacket nicely! (Finally... NO more wrinkles! 😎)
Treisiess (1 year ago)
I use method one all the time
Karan Singh Negi (1 year ago)

Prakash Nath Sadan (1 year ago)
no. 1 method is the best
Nicky Styles (1 year ago)
1 seems toö risky and there is no way 3 works, the shape of the Jacket would get destroyed. #2 seems the way to go. Thanks for the vid
Quentin Cole (2 years ago)
Ive bought a couple suits while deployed what would be the best option for it being shipped home?
Lejend Dairy (2 years ago)
I tried method 1, but didn't like how the collar bent, so I went with method 2. Thank you!
Shubhankar Kulkarni (1 year ago)
how did method 2 work out for you? I'm about to travel soon and will need to pack my suit and blazers. Btw love your profile pic!
Lejend Dairy (2 years ago)

Aksshay Sharma (2 years ago)

maartenornee (2 years ago)
I tried this as well, it worked pretty good, thank you for the vid! The folding however did take a little time to get it right. I was strolling on the internet looking for other solutions and I found this, I think this is the easiest solution there is: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=APhQudFsC0s

What is the best way to carry your sunglasses?? Without the case😎
Real Men Real Style (2 years ago)
Good question, your jacket is another option to carry your sunglasses. I would say it's better if you have a case to avoid getting scratches.
Syafiq Firdaus Daehan (2 years ago)
Thank you Sir, i've been searching for a video like this 😀 thanks From : member of RMRS
Real Men Real Style (2 years ago)
Super! Glad it helped.
Frank Gadson (2 years ago)
I prefer method 2 indeed helpful information for traveling and saving time when packing our luggage thanks so much.
Samuel Goldring (2 years ago)
I'll try 2 . 1 & 3 go against the normal shape of the shoulders and lapels and rolling it goes against the straight flatness of the entire jacket. Method 2 seems best it doesn't violate the original shape of the shoulders or lapels
Real Men Real Style (2 years ago)
You're welcome - thanks Frank!
Jm Formales (2 years ago)
Sometimes we thought we know how to do simple things, but actually there are proper ways in doing those things which we haven't thought of studying. That's what this video is about. Thank you Antonio. I appreciate it a lot.
Real Men Real Style (2 years ago)
You're right about that, Jm.
volkan9196 (2 years ago)
Thank you needed this video because I sometimes need to wear suit jacket at work so I just put it in my bag without knowing i could prevent damaging it (security guard).
Real Men Real Style (2 years ago)
Glad it helped. The bundle wrapping method is perfect for you.

xXMAGNONXx (2 years ago)
that tie is amazing!!! Could any one tell me what that type of fabric or weave is called?
galindo stephen (2 years ago)
the first one seems easiest to not screw up lol it also seems like the one that will protect the jacket from any loose shampoo/body wash and keep it less wrinkled
galindo stephen (2 years ago)
that would be why you made the video and I watch and learn lol
Real Men Real Style (2 years ago)
The 3rd method is actually the best way to fold it to prevent wrinkling.
Nelson D Cunha (2 years ago)

Thanks for watching!
Grae (2 years ago)
Thanks, Antonio. I commute, and typically carry my jacket inside of a backpack. I take care of my suits, but when my job requires me to be super mobile (hiking around a city, basically), damage is a concern. I have long wondered about some best practices in maintaining while on the road. This helps a lot!
Real Men Real Style (2 years ago)
Glad it helped! I think the 3rd method is the best method for you.
graefx (2 years ago)
method 3 is probably my preference. I think it's the most economical use of space. I don't like to check my luggage when I fly.
Real Men Real Style (2 years ago)
Agreed!
Christos Ioannou (2 years ago)
Don't forget wrinkles!
