Andy Douse - testing first build Telecaster Thinline style.

2 ratings | 415 views
This is my first build. Ash body with quilted maple cap, flamed maple neck with rosewood fingerboard. Pickups are Seymour Duncan Quarterpounders, stainless steel saddles, graphite nut and string trees, 6105 frets, locking tuners, CTS pots, switch craft jack socket and 3 way switch, and capacitor from Bare Knuckle Pickups. Playing through a Fender VibroKing, and a Mad Professor Simble providing a little overdrive.

Quick tip: if we can hear your pick hitting the strings louder than your actual guitar sound(just like in this video), it means you're not playing loud enough!

Hi Andy. I'm very impressed with your first build being a telecaster. It looks great and it really sounds awesome. You must be very pleased mate. I cant wait to see it in the raw and play it. CONGRATULATIONS. Hope to see you soon. Cheers Glyn.
